• The download will be available immediately after payment has been processed.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the download has been initiated.

However, if you experience any issues with your download (e.g., corrupted files or incorrect content), please contact us at contact@howardkatzmusic.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the download has begun (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
