Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Howard Katz Music, Barfusstrasse 18, 13349 Berlin, Email: contact@howardkatzmusic.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or postal letter).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. The same payment method used in the original transaction will be used for the refund unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed at the time of purchase that we may begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or stream has started.
